Retreat - Friday, October 20th

·        Facilitated consensus building session from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a working lunch.

·        Coalition members only (34 jurisdictions + 6 private sector members) – each jurisdiction can bring up to three individuals to participate, one of which must be an elected official

·        Same general format as May 2005 retreat: tables of 8 or 10; small group discussion w/report out

·        Objective: Develop consensus on the following:
- Transit Performance Principles
- Transit Operating Principles
- Future Structure of the I-70 Coalition

·        Summarize/Next Steps/Closure
